Returns & Refunds Policy

1. No Returns on Food Products Due to health and safety regulations regarding food items, all products sold on our Shopify store are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped. We cannot accept returns on items shipped from Jamaica to Canada or the UK.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items We take great care in packing your authentic Jamaican products for their international journey. However, if your order is damaged during transit or if you received the wrong item, we are here to help:

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.

  • Contact us at [Your Email Address] within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged product and the shipping label.

3. Refunds & Replacements Upon review of your claim, we will, at our discretion, either issue a partial refund or send a replacement for the affected items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Customs and Refused Packages Items refused at customs or returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
