All orders are packed and shipped directly from Jamaica via Jamaica Post

 

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Jamaican public holidays. During peak periods or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer — if this happens, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Your total delivery estimate is processing time plus transit time.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive your notification.
